What is Emily Rose Spa?

Emily Rose Spa is a luxury high-end beauty service that offers beauty, wellness and holistic treatments to clients in the comfort of their home, office or hotel.

Where and when can I request a service?

You can book an appointment at any time for a treatment during our opening hours: Monday - Saturday 8am-9pm, and Sundays 10-4.

How does it work?

You will need to download our app, select your treatment and request booking. On receipt of your request booking we match your request to our network of talented elite professionals to find a suitable therapist.
In the unlikely event that we cannot find the right therapist for your preferred date and time we will offer you an alternative mutually convenient slot.

If I can’t make my appointment. How do I cancel?

If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason please contact us as early as possible to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
Please note:

  • Cancellations of 24 hrs or more ahead of your appointment are free of charge.
  • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours notice of your treatment you will be charged 50% of the fee.
  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice of your treatment time you will be charged 100% of the fee.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that make you late for your appointment so we offer a 15-minute window for both you and your professional. If you are more then 15 minutes late you will be charged the full treatment amount, however you may still be able have your treatment dependent on your therapists schedule.

Who are our professional therapists?

All of our therapists are qualified, fully insured, DBS-checked professionals, personally interviewed, vetted and trade tested with a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2.
A passion for beauty therapy and a deep understanding of beauty products are a pre-requisite for anyone joining our team.

How much should I tip my Emily Rose Spa professional?

Tips are discretionary, there is no obligation but of you would like to express your appreciation please feel free to do so. All Emily Rose Spa professionals keep 100% of their tips.

How do I get ready for my appointment?

Choose any room you feel comfortable in that is warm enough for your treatment, and big enough for a massage table (6ft by 2ft), with a power socket, good lighting and access to running water. Depending on what treatments you have our therapists may also need access to a kettle and microwave. Emily Rose Spa professionals may arrive up to 15minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to set up for your treatment.
For manicures and pedicures: these treatments require a table, a nearby power socket, and two chairs.
If you are having facials, massages, holistic therapies, or hands-on tanning and waxing, our therapists will arrive with a portable massage table (6ft x 2ft) so please ensure enough room.
For spray tanning, our therapist will need a large enough area for a portable tanning tent, which is 1 square metre. They will need access to a power socket and running water.
Our therapists will bring all equipment needed to carry out your treatment, however if you have any allergies or special concerns and would prefer them to use a product of your own please let them know.
